Women for Women

Women for Women

You know the expression “a man’s man.”

Someone who is externally very masculine, physically strong, athletic, and gives high fives and belly bumps.

I decided to create the term “a woman’s woman.”

 What is a “woman’s woman?”

 She is a woman who:

🧡 lifts other women

🧡 cheers on women’s pursuits

💛 wants the best for all women

💚 fights for the rights of all women

💙 celebrates other women’s victories

💜 is happy for other women’s successes

🤎 provides a shoulder to cry on as needed

🖤 empathizes with other women’s challenges

Take note that nowhere in my list of “a woman’s woman” is her physicality. She may be athletic or not. She may be strong or not.

She probably doesn’t belly bump, although she may grow a bump. 🤰🏼

You get the idea.

Women bring that empathy and compassion to their communities and beyond.

Our world needs more female energy and leadership if we’re going to solve our problems based on empathy and caring.

Might doesn’t always make right. However, it always makes suffering.

This is why I coach women leaders.

It’s my honor to do so.
